Not sure - but mine was gross and the one I had the other day was incredible from a store. This was scraps and full of fat and wouldn’t eat it and I can tell you so much fat that there is no way it would be 6g of fat for a bag. Quality control needs to be on. I don’t think I’ll buy this again. Sending it back.

It is a paper bag you are supposed to keep the leftovers in in the refrigerator. You can also freeze extra biltong for later and thaw it out in the refrigerator as I'm doing now. I have tried a lot of biltong in my lifetime and used to eat it in Africa on a regular basis. Now that I'm back in America I keep trying different biltong companies to see who is the best.
